Team building is the process of turning a group of individual employees into a cohesive, high-performing team. This goal is achieved through structured activities, workshops, and exercises designed to foster collaboration, trust, and communication.
For example, a team may participate in a problem-solving game or an off-site retreat to strengthen interpersonal relationships and improve teamwork. The purpose of these exercises is to boost morale, align team goals, and increase productivity.
ICE BREAKING
Warming Up and Light Games / Simple Games and Team Formation as well as games for making Yells.
Game Tutorial:
- Team formation with each team having 7-10 people.
- Each team creates a Yell with movements and a song.
Game Values: Teamwork, Creativity
TAKE ME OUT
Removing the Ball from the Iron Ring with a
small stick held by Team Members.
Games Tutorial:
Each Team will be given 1 Stick.
The Team will remove the ball from
the basket with the stick in a relay.
Games values: Communication, tolerance.
INSTINC MEMORY
Requires sharp memory to determine
letters and numbers from the board we
provide.
Games Tutorial:
The team leader will be in the middle to flip the properties
Other members point to the letters and
numbers that have been memorized
Games values: Responsibility, Focus..
STAR HELIUM
Demands accuracy in making a shape (star)
with a rope shaped into a circle.
Games Tutorial: -
Each member forms a circle and holds
the rope outside the circle.
Forming a star formation directed by
the Leader.
Games Value: Coordination, Communication.
MOVING BALL
This game will be illustrated as a bomb
inside a circle and moving the bomb
out of the circle.
Games Tutorial:
All Team Members Will Hold and
Prevent the Ball from Falling.
The First Team to Successfully Put
the Ball into the Bucket Will Win.
Games Values: Cooperation, Leadership,
Communication.
DRAGON RACE
A competition of team coordination to move
using hands while in a sitting position
towards the finish line intact.
Games Tutorial:
All teams sit and their legs are linked
to the thighs of the team in front.
Move using hands towards the finish line.
Games Value: Strength, Teamwork.
HOW DARE U RE
Teams make an unbroken straight line from
whatever property they have.
Games Tutorial:
Prepare the property they
wear.
Each Team will make a straight line along its length.
Games Values: Sacrifice, Sincerity
ROLLING CARPET
The team will walk on the carpet in a standing position and move together towards the finish.
Games Tutorial:
All team members stand in various positions inside the carpet.
Walk like a tank wheel towards the finish line.
Games Values: Communication, Togetherness
HUMAN TOWER
Building a tower from all Team Members
with limited footing.
Games Tutorial:
Each Team dances in a circle to the Music.
When the Music stops, the team starts building a Tower with limited footing.
Games Values: Strength and Trust
STICK RACE
Draining Small Sticks by Relay
from the Neck, Armpits, Knees.
Games Tutorial :
Team members will stand in line
Flow sticks in different styles specified.
Games Values: Focus, Tolerance.
STANDING PAPER
Making paper with certain cuts and
standing and a limited amount of paper
Games Tutorial:
The Team Leader will see an example of the paper that is made.
Coordinate with Team members to make
paper according to the Team leader's directions.
Games Values: Coordination, Communication.
